We ship our wines using FedEx to AK, AZ, AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, HI, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NM, NY,OH, OR, TX, VT, VA, WA, and WY.

  • To ship wines to AL, we must ship to a state store.

  • To ship wines to AK, DE, and RI, orders must be placed with us in person.

  • We are unable to ship to the following states at this time: AR, CT, IA, IL, IO, KT, KS, LA, MS, ND, NE, NJ, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV

 

Severe Weather Notice

Severe weather can compromise wine and we cannot guarantee the quality of wine shipped FedEx Ground or UPS Ground during extreme temperatures, both hot and cold. Expedited shipping services such as FedEx 2-Day Air and FedEx Overnight are highly recommended to further ensure the safety of your wine. Orders placed after 10 AM PST will be processed the next business day.

 

Returns & Cancellations

Acre Wines guarantees quality wines and service. Wines purchased through our website that are damaged or flawed will be replaced or refunded. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages for any other reason. In the event of a flawed bottle, we ask customers to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. We are unable to accept returned wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Please read our shipping policy and weather advisements carefully before placing your order. Should you have any return questions or concerns, please email info@acrewines.com

If the shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund or replacement order.

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
